Ducere is proud to announce that Margaret Jackson, well-known Australian corporate executive who has held positions on the boards of companies such as Qantas, BHP and ANZ Bank, has joined the ranks of our esteemed Global Faculty.

Jackson worked with Australia’s biggest airline, Qantas, for 15 years including seven as the company’s chair, with previous career highlights including being the first female to sit on the BHP board of directors and the first woman to become the chairman of a top-50 publicly listed Australian company.

Now working as the chairman of financial services group FlexiGroup and president of Australian Volunteers International, Jackson is a role model for any woman looking to break into the male-dominated realm of the corporate executive world.

Her advice to anyone looking to follow in her footsteps is to know who you are and to never give up.

Jackson joins our Global Faculty to discuss her experiences in breaking through the glass ceiling that regularly holds women back. She is a role model not just for women, but for anyone with an ambition to progress into the highest levels of professional work.
