The program fosters "wonderful long-distance encounters" by connecting students with diverse backgrounds. This is particularly valuable in Space Leadership, where a global perspective is crucial. As Léo, who also works as a lecturer at Toyo University in Tokyo, puts it: > "The participants in this program have very different and interesting profiles. I just put my learning into action with my distilling workshops. I took the knowledge from my 'Master Distilling Gin' course ($179 AUD) and applied it to develop a new premium offering: the 'Conrad Royal' whisky workshop ($1,000 AUD). > I can't believe it, but I already got two bookings today – even before I've finished writing the course content! It's a bit overwhelming, but I love testing theory against real-world application. Now I have a lot of work to do to get everything ready. > This experience really highlights the importance of understanding your customer's mindset. By tailoring the workshop to their needs, I can create a valuable learning experience and gain a competitive edge in the market."
